Our Holiday House and Campsite
Bought in 1983, WYNCHES is a 7.5 acre site, situated in Burley in Wharfedale, which is owned by West Yorkshire North Girlguiding. In 1993 we developed the site to include our purpose built Holiday house. We have since improved the facilities on the campsite to include toilet blocks, a Chalet and a Cabin.
It is our go to place for relaxation, adventure and to make those lasting memories for all. Open to members of Girlguiding, Scouting and other Youth Organisations for Sleepovers, Pack Holidays, Camps, DofE, Training Weekends, Activity Sessions including Archery and Grass Sledging plus Team Building events and Fun Days.

Holiday House
Our holiday house currently sleeps a total of 32, 4 bedrooms of 6 and 4 bedrooms of 2 (all bunk beds), plus an optional extra room with 2 single sofa beds.

We have a choice of areas for camping on the site.

Cabin - Site 2
Both include microwave and fridge / freezer
Toilet blocks
Showers (1 shower for disabled access)
Fireplace equipment for patrol cooking

Lightweight tents
